Baratza Limited Warranty:
Limited Warranty for Baratza Grinders is 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship (parts and labor) including free ground transportation to and from the Baratza repair facility within the US.
This warranty does not apply to: improper use, lack of cleaning, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of proper adjustment, foreign objects (stones, screws, etc.) in the beans, or uses outside the intended use of grinding whole roasted coffee beans. Baratza Proof of Purchase and Product Registration:
Register your grinder at www.baratza.com/register-your-grinder. Registration will enable Baratza to contact you in the unlikely event of a product safety notification and assist them in complying with the provisions of the Consumer Product Safety Act. The serial number is located on the bottom of the grinders as well as the original packaging. Please keep your sales receipt to provide proof of purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Returned products must arrive in like-new condition, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Original packaging and accessories must be included with the product. if a product is damaged, missing accessories, or missing packaging, we may deduct a fee from the refunded price. Return shipping, refund processing, and a restocking fee will also be deducted from the amount paid originally.
