⟶ What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on coffee as it is roasted to order. Unused tools and accessories may be returned within thirty days of order date, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. Syrups and sauces must also be unopened.
⟶ What is the handling time on my order?
If placed before noon on a business day, your order will be sent out same-day. If placed after noon, it will ship out the next business day.
⟶ How quickly will I receive my coffee?
You can choose a shipping option at checkout, however most orders will be received within 1-5 business days.
⟶ When do you roast your coffee?
We roast from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday to provide the freshest possible coffee for you.
⟶ I am a cafe owner and would like to serve Fortuna Coffee. How can I do this?
