Since 2013, Fortuna has had the pleasure of partnering with Bayardo's farm in Matagalpa. Over the years, Finca San Jose De Las Nubes has continued to produce high quality micro lots we are proud to roast and distribute. Traditionally, Nicaragua is known for its clean, washed coffees, but Bayardo recognized the growing demand for something more. Rising to the occasion, he has worked hard to dial in and experiment with other process methods and submitted his coffee to the Nicaragua Cup of Excellence competition 2023. We're excited to have this coffee available to use again to close out the 2024 season.
